Prices

Minimum stay is of 2 nights for rooms 1880 and 1930.

Prices are intended per night and may vary according to the number of the guests.

Prices may vary during high season periods (Christmas, Easter, July and August) and during national and international events.

It is possible to add a camping bed or a child’s bed in every room. It is necessary to add city tax to the specified prices, equal to 1,50 € per person per night (excluding children younger than 10 years old).

 

Breakfast

Included in the price is an Italian breakfast with hot beverages, fresh baked goods and other local products. On request, for euro 10,00 each and compatibly with the season, breakfast outside may be served in different areas of the park, of the Villa, and in the tower.

Breakfast is served from 8am to 10pm, except for specific requirements of the guests. 

 

Cleaning and tidying service

Rooms will be cleaned and tidied every day between 10am and 12pm.

• Every room is freely provided with wifi and a Smart Tv.

• Access to washing machine, tumble dryer and airer - euro 10,00 for each cycle.

• Access to chairs, tables, and deck chairs in the external spaces.

• Access to guided tours of the church, the park, the cellar, and of the vineyard.

• Possibility of tasting wines of own production and typical local products.

• Direct sale of our wines.

• Change of towels twice a week.

• Early change of towels upon request, euro 15,00.

• Weekly linen change.

 

Reception

With reasonable notice we are able to receive you throughout the whole day until 7pm, preferably after 3pm. To check in outside of those hours a specific agreement will be necessary. To arrange the best check-in hour, please call +39 328 817 5881. The suites will need to be left by 10am of check-out day.

 

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the premises.

 

With great regret we are not able to host pets at this time.
