Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park

Established in 1990, the Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park has a walking surface of 15.030,22 hectares. Fully included within the Belluno province, between the rivers Cismon in the west and Piave in the east, it extends to the north towards Maè bay and to the south in lower Agordino.
The Park comprehends the mountainous groups of the Feltre Alps (Feltre Peaks, Cimonega, Pizzocco, Brendol, Agnelezze), the Sun Hills, Schiara, Talvéna, Prampèr and Midday Spiz. High altitude karstic areas, cliffs and detrital slopes exist here, an ideal habitat for numerous species that live in the high mountains.
